Quoting Fredrik:
Hey Thanks Mario, Random-Havok, Amran and Kacangpool :-)

The style is a mix of my old style (when I used to draw comix) of simple stickfigures with iconic totem pole faces mixed with Jan style. I gave him the designs for the main characters and then he did his own thing with it.

So the art style of the characters in Biff Zongo is some kind of an evil hybrid you might say :-)

Thanks Fredrik. I didn't know you came up with the initial artwork as well. Now I'm curious about your art. :P I shall go to your website to check.

Okay, I didn't get some of the references but those that I did I found truly hilarious. There are some gems in there like the dating class for rapists, the non-domestic violence conference, the g-spot heroes series, poking of the dead prostitute, and many more. The art is refreshingly endearing, making you connect with it and the characters almost instantaneously , and that mixes well with the over the top smutty jokes.
